I am a UK artist and live in Tenterden, Kent.
Following a career in the City of London I now spend my time enjoying a range of artistic pursuits. As well as being a member of the Weald of Kent Art Society and the Folkestone Art Society I write and publish contemporary thrillers and also enjoy composing and recording music. My social media profile describes me as a “Writer, Musician, Artist, Film Extra, Quizmeister, Wine Connoisseur, Head Gardener, TV Critic, Beer Taster, Chief Washer-Upper & all round top bloke!” I paint occasionally, mostly in multimedia and acrylic but my real passion is printmaking; creating original, limited-edition fine art prints. I have developed my own unique style and technique involving multiple layers, textures and blended tones. All the prints are original, i.e. the artwork is created as a print in the first instance, as opposed to a reproduction of original artwork in another medium. I exhibit in London and across the south east and have won both judges and public voting awards for my work. I love working with landscapes, seascapes and still life and typically produce framed, signed, limited-edition prints. My aim is to create beautiful and aesthetic pieces that blur the boundaries between digital collage and fine art. |
